13If there are unidentified flying objects out in the atmosphere observing our behaviour here on Earth, it would be interesting to consider how they view our planet. How do we compare in size to their planet, population, development in relation to their planet, as well as other planets in the constellation that might exist. How long have they been observing us? How long have we actually been walking the earth of this planet? How long did it actually take us to evolve? And finally how long will it take mankind, if we stay on our current path, to destroy ourselves. Or will our extra-terrestrial cousins intervene first to prevent this from happening?
The increased frequency of genuine sightings over the last half century has proved either one of two facts. Either that these increased sightings are a symptom of genuine concern of how mankind is managing our planet or the increased technological ability to record these meetings when they occur.
It would be reasonable to believe the latter explanation, because these days more and more people have easy access to digital recording tools, especially cameras.
One of the most credible sightings of recent times was recorded over several days in the Varginha region in Brazil in 1996. The reports were very wide spread, in the larger scale of UFOs in the sky above the region appearing ad disappearing. There is some video footage available, although it is in black and white and not of the highest quality. In these times of increased fabrication ability, it can often help to strengthen the argument that the sighting was genuine, if the film is of low quality.

What take the Varginha sighting slightly into the realms of fantasy are the reports of sightings of extra terrestrial beings, although there is no physical evidence or video footage to prove this. What do exist are the statements of witnesses to the sightings by three young women, two sisters and a friend who reported coming across a small creature about five feet tall, with a disproportionately large ahead and a very thin body. The creature had a very dark skin, and large red colored eyes. The women all concurred that the creature seemed very unsteady on its feet, either due to its very large head or because it was unused to the atmospheric conditions here on Earth. What stood out very well in their memories was that the creature gave of a very strong and unpleasant odor.
The girls were obviously taken aback by this apparition, and ran off as fast as they could in the direction of the safety of their home. When they got there they told their parents that they had seen “the devil” The parents, curiosity aroused, returned to scene of the sighting. The creature had long since gone, but its copious odor still remained. That is all the proof that remained of an actual sighting of what might well have been an alien. Rumor has it that a few days later, another similar alien was sighted, and actually detained by Brazilian authorities, with obviously no confirmation ever being received on this incident

His views on the certainty that this sighting was the “real thing” caused tremendous excitement throughout Brazil and all of South America. One again the spaces begin to fill across the globe, that aliens are studying our movements. How long before we have living proof that this is so?
