It seems to be some kind of coincidence, but a lot of sightings of UFO’s seem to occur during parties. One recent incident occurred when the arrival of 2008 was being celebrated by some high spirited and possibly inebriated party guests in a suburb of San Diego in California, USA. The New Year was only half an hour old when one of the guests, who had just stepped outside to take some fresh air, noticed some very strange lights in the sky. Rushing in to pick up his video camera, he alerted the rest of the guests to the possibility of the arrival of some alien gatecrashers.
To the background noises of whooping and screaming, the cameraman took what appeared to be some fairly plausible shots of unidentified objects in the sky, which could well have been UFO s. The photographer, Nat Coll, using a simple digital camera captured the image of seven bright lights flying in a tight formation of four plus three flying over the Californian sky.
The next morning Nat and the rest of the party guests were up bright and early to report their findings and e-mail their digital film to a local TV channel.
Their encounter seemed to capture the imagination of at least one of the networks and they sent reporters to interview some of the party guests who had witnessed the incident. They all reported the same thing. That they had witnessed these amber colored lights in the sky. All of those interviewed were shown to be pleasant and believable. The simply wanted to share their experience with others. .
When you compare the films of this sighting with the other slightly more notorious sightings of recent times, for example the Paris UFO’s and the spaceship that crashed and abducted all the guests at a birthday party, this video sighting does seem a lot more plausible. The images shown are simple, which makes them much more believable. Also the fact that the film was passed over to the TV station just a few hours after they were shot, adds a lot of credence to the argument that the images are genuine.

The vast number of the citizens of our planet are either blissfully unaware about the possibility of life from other planets observing us, or choose not to believe that they exist. For those that do believe, these kind of filmed sightings go a long way to strengthen their belief and their arguments in favor.
It is to our credit as a people, that we continue to hope and believe that there are other life forms in our galaxy, who may be more technically developed than we are. The number of scientists and researchers who strongly believe that we don’t have this galaxy to ourselves number among them a former astronaut who has walked on the moon. They believe that we are being tested and examined by our neighboring planets, and this has been going on for centuries.
Certainly the US Government along with other Governments of the World continues to invest considerable sums of money not only in space travel but also in the ongoing attempt to discover and establish contact with other civilizations that may exist in outer space. The benefits of such a contact could have mind blowing connotations for the future of our planet. Let’s hope that it happens one day soon.
